Andrea Lizcano is a seasoned real estate professional and investor with over two decades of experience. She specializes in residential and investment properties with a sharp eye for value and opportunity.
Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Andrea moved to the U.S. to earn a dual degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of West Palm Beach. After graduating in 2002, she relocated to Houston, Texas, and proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2012.
Andrea launched her real estate career in 2004 and has since built a thriving business focused on investment, residential, farm, and ranch properties. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she has helped a diverse, multicultural clientele make smart, strategic real estate decisions.
As an investor herself, Andrea brings a unique perspective to every deal—offering insight, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build lasting wealth through real estate.
Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of over 20 years and their three children. Andrea stays active through exercise, dance, and healthy living, and she gives back through church service and volunteering with Katy Christian Ministries.
